Global commands exist in the Command Manager. They will make DJ-Serv perform the command action, usually at the time specified by the user.
For example, there may be a global command to load a playlist that is full of only Beatles songs, once a week, at a specific time to facilitate a Beatles Hour on your streaming station. The Beatles playlist can then contain a Playlist Command that tells Dj-Serv to reload the general playlist at the end of the Beatles hour, thus restoring normal programming.
A global command will always work, regardless of which playlist is loaded at the time as the Current Playlist.
A playlist command will only work when the playlist in which it is implemented is loaded.
The Command Manager is always available at the top right of DJ-Serv:
